Deploy Outbound Back to the home page
Privacy notice, updated 3 November 2026

Your data, in plain words.

If I emailed you, or hold your details to email you, this page says what I hold about you, where it came from, why, how long I keep it, and how to make me stop. One word in reply is enough.

Who I am

Deploy Outbound is the trading name of Bancu Cristian Alexandru PFA, a sole-trader business registered in Romania, Str. Traian Lalescu 26, Oradea, Romania. I, Alex Bancu, am the person who decides how your data is used (the controller under the GDPR). You can reach me by replying to any email I sent you, by post at the address above, or on LinkedIn.

What I hold and where it came from

DataYour first and last name, job title, company, company domain, work email address, the link to your LinkedIn profile, and the country you work in. Plus the job post that led me to your company (its link and date), the dates I emailed you, and whether you replied.
SourcesYour company’s public job posts, which I read on public hiring boards. Your name, title, work email, LinkedIn profile link and country came from GetLeads, a business contact database. ZeroBounce checks that the email address works before I send anything.
What I do not holdPhone numbers, personal email addresses, other social media profiles, or anything about your private life. If a provider returns these, I drop them when the data comes in.

Why, and on what legal basis

I write to people who own a GTM engineering hire at a company that is hiring for it in public, to offer a free 30-minute chat about that hire and, later, paid help with the work. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in offering a relevant business service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). I weighed that interest against yours and wrote the assessment down. I email at most two people per company and send at most three emails per person. I only email work addresses at the company’s own domain, and only people located in the US or the UK.

I do not track whether you open my emails or click anything. There are no tracking pixels and no tracked links.

Your right to object

You can object to my emails at any time, for any reason. Reply “stop”, or any words that mean the same thing, to any of my emails. I stop the same working day, and you will not hear from me again. I keep your address on a suppression list, used for nothing except making sure you are never emailed again.

Who else handles the data

These are the companies whose tools handle the data. Google Workspace (the mailboxes, provided through InboxKit), my email sending tool, GetLeads (the source of the contact data), ZeroBounce (address checks), Apify (reading public job posts), Cloudflare (this website and the database where I keep the records), Anthropic (Claude, the AI assistant I use to read job posts, build the lists and look up contacts) and Apple iCloud (where my working files sync). I do not sell your data or give it to anyone else.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union, mainly in the United States. I am confirming the safeguard each one uses for that transfer, which is either the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Ask me and I will tell you which one applies and send you a copy.

How long I keep it

I never emailed youDeleted within four months of collecting it.
You never repliedDeleted within four months of my last email to you.
You asked me to stopOnly your email address stays, on the suppression list, so you are never emailed again.
We are talkingKept while we are still talking, and deleted 12 months after our last contact unless you become a client.
The address did not workDeleted at once.

Your other rights

You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, delete it or limit how I use it, and ask where it came from. Reply to any of my emails and I will answer within one month, usually much sooner. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro). If you are in the UK, you can also go to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Automated decisions

I use software, including an AI model, to read job posts and decide which companies fit what I offer. That choice is about companies, not about you as a person, and nothing is decided about you by automated means that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

This website

This site uses PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to see how the home page is used. It records page views, clicks, scrolling and a replay of the visit, with anything typed into a field masked. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so each visit is a new anonymous visitor. PostHog receives your IP address to work out a rough location and then drops it. I use this to see which parts of the page people read, on the basis of my legitimate interest in running the site, and I keep the recordings for 30 days.

Everything the page loads comes from this domain. Cloudflare, which hosts it, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
